If you buy things on sale from here, you'll get a similar price to the online competitors. They sell good quality stuff and their staff is very friendly and helpful. Returns are pretty easy (that's a big deal for me)

It is a great place to look for the shoes you want, then order them on Amazon you will definitely get them faster. I have had other bad experiences but today I went in to purchase shoes and left after 20 minutes. I stood there clearly interested in trying on the shoes, but the staff member seemed only able to help one person at a time. Even if that meant they just stand there while theyre trying them on. Either the store is short of staff or they are poorly trained to help customers.
