Rooms clean, linen nice and quiet. Couldn't hear neighbors at all.. maybe there were no neighbors?? We left the room looking like a tornado ran through and forgot the put the do not clean sign on the door and came back to nice tidy room with beds a made up and clean towels. The water slide is awesome even though the pool is really small. They provide towels in the pool area. The pool area has 2 levels for lounging around while the kids swim. The hot tub is huge, probably 10 feet x 10 feet by 3.5 feet deep.Continental breakfast is served at the attached chicken chief. Egg's, toast, sausages (I hate breakfast sausages but these were good) and coffee or juice. The cleaning crew is always out and about. I walked by a room and the cleaner was polishing the mirror. Doesn't sound like much but it kinda shows the attention to detail. In summation:It's definitely not a 5 star place but this is definitely NOT a dive either. There absolutely no reason you should not stay here if you need a place to stay.

The staff of the motel and restaurant are generally friendly. The location is pretty convenient if you have a vehicle. The breakfast was ok: scrambled eggs, toast and sausages but they would sub bacon if you asked Sometimes they gave our teenage girls a kids serving which was half size. I think we paid $3 extra per day for each of the girls. Due to the national track and field competition the room was double the usual rate but cheaper than most in town.Cleanliness was sub par and during some of the hottest days of the year the air conditioning mostly produced noise.

They were very nice and let me have a quick swim even though the pool was supposed to close. The room was cozy and upstairs. There are rooms on the main floor as well. Water slide is motion sensors but I never ended up going down. Small pool, but was so relaxing.

I like it. The people seem pretty nice, it's cozy and my sister likes the pool. Good hotel If your on a budget.

Beds were nice. Tub and toilet area nice. Hot tub (why i booked) and waterside not working. Best thing about the breakfast was the orange juice. Unfortunately I don't think I would stay there again unless I was just looking for a place to bed.
