Best bakery in a supermarket ever! Everything fresh and the cheesecakes are the best. The salad bar is also one of my favorite spots in here. Very friendly staff!
I am very pleased with the variety and quality of products. The aisle are well organized and neat. The stuff is respectful and nice. They offer free samples to try, like fruits and sushi, which give the opportunity to taste it and see if like it. Also, there is an Starbucks there. I do recommend to check for deals, because if not, the products can be a little bit expensive for some budgets.
One of the better places in Brandon to do your grocery shopping. Clean, updated, well stocked departments. The produce and deli departments are fabulous. Has a Starbucks in store and is right next to the mall.
The one door access point to the store is poorly design for peak shopping time. It provides barely enough space for people to come in and out of the door with the cart at the same time.The check out area with the plastic bag turnstile does not promote reusable bags. It makes bagging your own grocery very awkward.So far, 90% of the cashiers I interacted with were unfriendly to the point where I would even say they were rude. There is customer service training that needs to happen.
If you are disabled they will assist you. Sobeys extra is a fairly large store they have different areas to go to and sometimes you have to be a little careful about which area you are in.
