I wanted to insure my new car with the new snowman license plate I called ahead to ensure they had it. I was assured they had stock of all the specialized license plates. When I got there I was told I couldn't have that license plate. It seems like the staff could use a little bit more training and information. I gave it a two star rating because they have a nice environment.
If you go to buy insurance in order to rent vehicles too much.. You look suspicious to them ... No respect for your privacy ..the only good thing is they close at 7 pm
Closed on saturday despite listed hours being 5pm.Change your listed hours and I'll delete my review.
Fast friendly service, great business hours
Absolutely garbage, Murray's should throw these guys out and get a better agency. They lost my driver's license, then lied that they did lose it. Forcing me to get another copy at my expense. There is no way a license magically disappeared from their counter. I checked the parking lot excessively, and came to the conclusion either it fell down their desk or they literally threw it in the garbage. Went to another agency in Brandon who were great, but had to charge me for another photo license.
