Absolutely horrible. The girl took an hour to straighten my hair and cut.. I asked for a trim to remove my split ends and I walked out of there with my hair 2 inches shorter... Im never going back

The staff usually seemed friendly but there was never any reason to go besides the fact that they had one of the cheapest male haircuts in Brandon. Once the price went up it just made sense to go to Magicuts and get your hair washed for free, not have to bother with mall parking, and pay the same price.
Absolutely horrible!! Went for a quick walk in just now. Awful idea. Should have trusted mt instinct. The style and hair of the people working there is usually a HUGE hint as to what you're going to get.I tell the nice lady at the front desk I had a terrible haircut previously that I had to get fixed and now it's finally grown out in length and I need it shaped. I say I'm nervous with getting my hair cut. She says "she IS an experienced hairdresser." So apprehensively I sit down and while waiting called another place to see if I can get in but no spots avail. Today. Sigh.This chick doesn't introduce herself. Btw, I have fairly curly, just past shoulder length (finally)that I've been working hard at growing.She spitzes my hair a little, starts cutting the ends, dry. I'm noticing the angles are super crooked and like, rounded. Then she begins to use these straight scissors midway down my hair to maybe create layers but CHOPS tiny pieces that don't even blend in at all. I start picking at the pieces saying "wow this is WAY too short. Not something like this I only need a trim." Then she says "did you want me to straighten your hair first then cut it?" I've had that before so I say sure. So she grabs the effing blow drier... And starts blow-drying my already DRY hair. Like WHAT are you even doing??!I told her No. Thats it Im done. Told the lady up front the same and that she didn't finish, didn't pay and got the hell out of there. What a terrible experience!
